How do I upload my photo/s?
Once you have placed your order, please email your photo to us at sales@graceandmay.co.uk (please use the pets name as the subject line) - If you are unsure on which photo to choose, and want some advice, please send across a few and we will advice on which one will work best. To ensure we can create the most detailed, highest quality illustration of your pet, we need your photo to be of high quality, in great lighting, with no blurring. If there is a problem with your photo, we will contact you to ask for a new photo.
How do I choose my background colour?
Once we receive your photo we will get started on illustrating your pet. When we have created your portrait, we will send you a proof showing the illustration on each background colour we offer - so you can choose from there. When you have told us which background colour you prefer we will get your creation printed and sent to you.
We use digital techniques to produce the most detailed illustrations. Then, using a modern printing approach – coupled with a huge range of vibrant colours – we are able to deliver superb razor-sharp definition with each and every canvas illustration.
Rectangular pet illustrations are delivered portrait as standard. We are able to illustrate up to two pets per canvas.
The added floating frame offers a professional off-the-frame aesthetic to your canvas print. The 1cm gap between the canvas and the frame creates the art-gallery style illusion of a lighter than air, floating piece of artwork. All of our wooden frames are constructed using wood from sustainable sources and come in a choice of colours; white, black or natural. All our canvases are supplied complete with a hanging kit. We provide robust solid wood frames up to 3cm thick. All of the materials and inks used in our products are environmentally friendly.
